Cancellation policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production and materials are allocated to your order, and cancellations are no longer accepted. If your order hasn't shipped within the estimated window stated in the listing, contact us and we're happy to discuss options.
