The Kits
Do I need any experience to paint these?
None at all. That's the point. The canvas is pre-numbered and colour-matched, so you just follow along at your own pace. And if you go outside the lines? Don't worry about it.
Can I request a custom design from my own photo?
Not yet. Right now we offer a small collection of designs from our artist collaborators. Custom-photo kits are something we're exploring for the future.
Ordering and Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship across Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $80 CAD ship free within Canada.
Artists
How do you choose your designs?
Every design comes from an independent Canadian artist we collaborate with directly, never AI. Artists receive a commission on every kit sold featuring their work, plus credit and a bio on the listing.
I'm an artist. How do I submit my work?

Returns
What if my kit arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Since our kits are hand-packed in small batches, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once that window closes, your kit is reserved and prepped for production, so we're no longer able to cancel. If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it when you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
