Refund policy

Because every LeafyArt kit is packed by hand in small batches, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started — see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for details.
